How do I place and order?
Order online from Summer Lane Boutique is EASY! When viewing an item simply select your size, colour and quantity needed and select 'add to cart'. You can review the items in your cart at any time by clicking the cart item in the top right corner of our website. Once you have received the items in your cart, you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout and place your order.
How do I checkout?
Once you have your desired items in your Cart, simply press the 'Checkout' button. You will be directed to complete payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email.
I'm unable to place my order. What do I do?
If an error message occurs during your checkout process, more often than not there is a credit card issue, or an issue with the billing/shipping address you are trying to use. To fix this, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing or shipping information. If this does not help, please contact us at email@example.com.
Can I cancel my order without being charged?
All orders that have been cancelled before being processed and shipped can be refunded to your credit card. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped.
Can I cancel/change my order after I've placed it?
It is only possible to make changes to an order within 1 hour or placing it and if the order has not yet been processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately customer care team (within the hour) at firstname.lastname@example.org with your change/cancellation request details included in the email
What are your shipping times like?
We aim to get your items to you as soon as we can, this is why all orders are processed and shipped the same day.
As all orders are shipped directly from our supplied to you shipping times take 13-20 days.
Where is my order? I have not received it yet?
You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been shipped. If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there.
Please allow 13-20 business days to receive most orders. Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays and delivery frame time excludes delays caused during international customs processing.
What if I am interested in an item that is not in my size?
Popular items can sell out and we are not always able to restock them. Please contact email@example.com if you would like us to consider restocking an item.
